Misconduct Complaint

Protocol

All misconduct complaints are investigated by the Department of Human Resources during normal business days and hours. The Department of Human Resources will review all of the materials available to them and any additional materials that you provide during this misconduct complaint.

If it is determined that a violation occurred according to our Rules and Instructions, the Department of Human Resources would apply appropriate disciplinary actions to the member.

The Department of Human Resources will notify you of the actions taken. Anonymous reports will not receive an update of the action taken by the Department of Human Resources.

Examples of Misconduct

  • Ethical Violations (i.e. using org's resources for personal purposes)

  • Derogatory/Unprofessional Language

  • Violations of the Social Mecia Policy

  • Intoxicated Members

  • Incomplete Services

  • Other Policy Violations reported anonymously by other members using this form
